How do I change the timezone on The Attendant?

When looking at the display of The Attendant controller itself, you might notice that the time displayed is not correct for where you live. While the Poolside mobile app automatically adjusts to the timezone that is set on your phone, you’ll need to manually change the settings on the controller itself to set the right timezone for your location.

Go up to The Attendant controller and open the outer door so that you can see the LCD display.

Press Settings and then tap on General.

Among the different settings available here, you will see Timezone.

Using the buttons highlighted, select your region and timezone from the pop-up menus that appear.

Select the appropriate zone, and press the Save button in the top right of the pop-up.

Once you’ve done that, double-check what is displayed, then press the Set Timezone button to save the setting permanently.

After a moment, you will see a confirmation pop-up. Press Ok.

You should see that the displayed time is now accurate for you.
