Becoming a Poolside Tech Authorized Warranty Station

Poolside Tech is committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Our Warranty Center Program ensures that customers receive timely, professional repairs from qualified technicians who know our products inside and out.

If you’re an experienced pool professional who shares our commitment to quality, becoming an Authorized Poolside Tech Warranty Center could be the next step for your business.

Why Become a Warranty Center?

At Poolside Tech, our approach to warranty is different from much of the industry. Many manufacturers rely on warranty programs as a built-in revenue stream, often driving a steady flow of service calls to their networks. We take a different path. Our systems are engineered for reliability, and our connected platform allows most issues to be diagnosed and corrected remotely through software.

Because of this, our warranty demand is significantly lower than the industry average. For our partners, that means less time tied up in unnecessary service work and more time focused on delivering value to customers. Becoming a Poolside Tech Warranty Center is not about high claim volume—it’s about aligning with a forward-thinking brand, strengthening your reputation, and having direct access to the training and support that ensure your success in the field.

Requirements for Approval

To maintain our high service standards, all warranty centers must meet the following criteria:

  • Install a minimum of 5 Poolside Tech units per year.
  • Hold an active license in your state or region to perform necessary repairs.
  • Maintain general liability insurance with at least $100,000 in coverage (workers’ comp where applicable).
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in pool equipment installation.
