Creating Your Poolside Account for the Mobile App

Before you can begin enjoying the features and benefits of The Attendant, you must first create an account with us.

You will first need to download and install the Poolside Attendant app from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store onto your mobile or tablet device.

The first time you open the app, you will be presented with the sign-in prompt. You can choose to sign up with your email address – or use your Apple ID or Google accounts. Select the option that best fits your needs.

Using Your Apple ID or Google Account

If you choose either of these options, you only need to follow the prompts on your device to sign-in and link accounts. After you have approved access to the Poolside app, you are set!

Using Your Email Address

If you press the Register button, and do not use Apple or Google to log in, you will need to provide some basic information to set your account up.

Fill out the fields for your name, email address, and password. Press the big blue “Save” button when you are finished.

Be sure to use a valid email address!
An email will be sent to the address you provide.

We will send an email to you to confirm the address you entered is correct. The subject of the email will be “Welcome to Poolside Attendant.” All you need to do is to click on the “Confirm Email Address” button in that email and you are good to go!

If you fail to see an email appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders just in case.
