Poolside Tech’s Dealer Portal

The Poolside Tech Dealer Portal is an online hub for authorized dealers to manage sites, review alerts, and use the Attendant Matchmaker to determine the correct Attendant model and accessories for new jobs.

To access the Dealer Portal, you must first be registered as a user in the Poolside Attendant APP and have your account designated as a Dealer. Access will not be available until both steps are complete.

Step 3: Add Devices

This is the most important step.

  • Select Add Device to input all equipment that will be controlled by Poolside Tech.
  • The equipment list will appear in the left column, with how each item is controlled by The Attendant shown in the right column.
  • At the bottom, the tool will display the recommended Attendant model number and any required accessories.

You will also see three control buttons next to each device:

  • Edit the Device
  • Delete the Device
