Installation Instructions
Flow Cell Placement
Install the flow cell after the filter and before any chemical dosing equipment, including:
- Salt chlorine generators
- Chlorine feed pumps
- AOP units
- Ozone systems
Refer to the schematic below for recommended placement.

Flow Cell Plumbing
- You’ll need 12 inches (30.5 cm) of straight pipe for installation.
- Ensure the flow cell is installed with the cap facing upward.

- Use the included template to mark the required cut: 7 ⅝ inches (19.3 cm).

- Cut the pipe at the marked points using a hacksaw or PVC cutter.

- Slide the union barrel nuts onto both ends of the cut pipe, ensuring correct orientation.

- Apply PVC primer and glue to the pipe and union collars. Slide the union collars into position and hold them until bonded. Follow glue manufacturer’s curing instructions.

- Apply silicone lubricant to the O-rings and seat them into the flow cell grooves.

- Hand-tighten the union barrel nuts onto the flow cell.
Once the plumbing is complete, you can proceed with installing the pH and ORP sensors and the acid injection fittings.
