Installer Mode on The Attendant is how you configure the hardware and system devices of your poolside oasis – very similar to “Service Mode” on other systems. Typically, Installer Mode is only activated and used during the initial setup of your system or during seasonal events when you might close your pool and/or spa. If there is ever a time when equipment is being replaced, then you or your pool professional would also use Installer Mode to update settings.

Entering Installer Mode via the Mobile App
From the home screen, tap the hamburger menu (☰) icon in the upper right corner.
Scroll down and tap Maintenance.
Tap Installer Mode.
Tap to Access Selection Bar and select the safest way you want someone to exit installer mode.
To confirm entry, tap the blue icon that say Enter Installer mode.
You are now in Installer Mode.
Entering Installer Mode via The Attendant’s Local UI
From the home screen on The Attendant, tap the Service icon.
Tap Installer Mode.
You can swipe the toggle to prevent mobile access the ability to exit installer mode.
Click the blue icon that says Enter Installer Mode.

Tap Service button on front of panel to put the unit into Installer Mode
Tap the Service button again to remove the panel out of Installer Mode
